Elvendrums was a band of elves -- the otherkin sort of elves, that is, not just people dressing up! Alas, they've been defunct for some time and their music is now difficult to come by.
Hetoreyn's Elven Moods - CDBaby has gone out of the business of selling CDs and digital music, but Elven Moods II can be found at Tower Records, Amazon, Spotify, and Apple Music.
Nightwish is not my cuppa, but is popular with a number of otherkin.
Rhianna SilEl recommends the metal bands Airged L'amh and Tuatha de Danann: "Many of their songs do have a mythologically Tuatha feel to them and they kind of remind you of a bit of a harder Jethro Tull."
Aijin Hidelias, "Namarie" (scroll down some; direct link to mp3 here)
Aine Minogue, The Twilight Realm. DeerWoman (Desirée Isphording, a.k.a. SphinxMuse) says, "[This album] features a selection of traditional Celtic songs which revolve around the fey. Some pieces were said to be gifted to human musicians, while others are about such creatures."
Alisa Jones, "Deep Forest Reel", from Hammered Strings
Bauhaus, "Hollow Hills", from Crackle
The Belfast Harp Orchestra, "A Walk in Belfast", from Celtic Harpestry
Dead Can Dance, "Song of the Stars", from Spiritchaser
Elven (a.k.a. Elvenworld), "Forest of Silver and Green", "Under the Oaks", and "Beyond the Mist". Unfortunately, only the first one of these still exists in the archive.org copy of their Internet Underground Music Archive data.
Herb Ernst, "Awakening Stars", from Dreamflight
Lothlorien, "Ghostwood" and "Dans en Dro", from Greenwood Side
Maire ni Chathasiagh, "The Chestnut Tree Medley" and "The Humors of Ballyloughlin", from Celtic Harpestry
Nicholas Gunn, "Ruby Forest", from The Sacred Fire
Richard Searles, Earth Quest. I love this wholly instrumental album to pieces. I particularly recommend the tracks "Earth Dance", "The Unicorn", "Song of Elfarron", and "Dragons Tavern".
Suzanna Reeves, "Dance of the Sidhe", from Cielie
Tears for Beers, "King of the Fairies" , from a live recording. Tears for Beers is a Celtic and folk-rock band from Germany.
I have a Youtube playlist and a Spotify playlist of "Elfaesidhe Mythic" music. The contents are not identical. The Youtube list is long and updated regularly, but the Spotify one is shorter because I don't use Spotify all that much, so I only sporadically add things to it. Occasionally I make an effort to transfer things from Youtube ti Spotify but don't count on it.
