Please note that I'm increasingly having to rely on the Archive.org Wayback Machine as more otherkin web pages fall offline and there are fewer new ones to replace them. One of the pitfalls of this, though, is that not all sub-pages on a site may exist in the snapshot. C'est la vie. Otherkin.net - Still alive and kicking, since 2000! Ownership passed from Malcolm& (Rannirl, Tirl, etc.) to Jarandhel Dreamsinger in 2016. The site was migrated to a Wordpress backend at that time, so all the existing articles got misleading new timestamps in September 2016. If the correct historical date of something is important to you, you'll want to also find the same page on the site as it was in 2015 or previous.
Old Otherkin.net - Although this is considerably out of date (the last real updates were in 2007), it is still a good resource and very valuable for historical interest. Within this capture you can also find Otherkin: the Missing Manual from the wiki that never took off and a mirror of some files from the long-gone Otherkin Resource Center (q.v.).
Otherkin.com - Under new management since 2016 and no longer a wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Orion Scribner's otherkin research - Orion has put a lot of work into documenting community history and cataloging items of relevance to otherkin "culture", such as books mentioning otherkin and our specialized community jargon. Why otherkin and spirit animals are not related - an essay by lunastre-draconis "for the purpose of dispelling the myth that otherkin identities, are being appropriative of Native American spirit animals. This myth is not properly dispelled due to the startling lack of indigenous otherkin within the nonhuman community. All information and wordings organized in the essay, were written by an indigenous woman who has done the proper research on both of the subjects described."
